    It’s not a fad!
    This video is quite good (illustrating that SM is a revolution) but falls short in showing the possibilities that comes with it.

    I think that’s the problem when people see SM as another Media (Consumer Generated but..still media) vs a platform. The potential of platforms are always broader than those of its component.
